A proactive exit strategy can both protect and enhance value during the exit process. In today's environment, across all sectors, technology, digital and data is vital to either enabling or driving an investment. We help you protect and enhance value by starting all of our projects with the exit in mind. A key question is "what opinion will an incoming investor form around the technology estate and what will they see as good?".

  • Exit planning. Conducting mid-lifecycle holistic snapshots of technology and product environments which aim to identify weaknesses and opportunities. We then build out executable strategies and plans to strategically position technology environments prior to IM's being issued and exit processes starting

  • Tech debt assessments: At any stage of the lifecycle we conduct specific focused assessments around key technologies and products which are likely investors fear are sub optimal. This may include understanding technical debt, project failures and under investment/poor budgeting
